For you… #Everything starts here
According to us, diversity and inclusion (D&I) are both required to maximize the collective intelligence of our teams and organization and to unlock the potential of all talent. That’s why they are at the heart of our actions thanks to our D&I Committee, our network of D&I ambassadors in each our entities and Business or Support Units, our awareness actions during the Diversity Month (November) and all the local actions in all entities.
We promote the international mobility to enhance the cross knowledge between our entities and enlarge career opportunities. We offer different types of international experience according to the needs and profiles: Young Talent Program, short or long-term assignments, immersion and local contract.
This program gathers our young talents, identified in our various countries to work on our strategic project, meet managers and Comex members and discover our different entities. So many opportunities to develop their career prospects throughout our Group.
