A scheme dedicated to care-giving employees
Reconciling professional life with one’s role as a caregiver to an elderly and/or disabled loved one is a daily challenge for millions of employees. Striking this delicate balance is often a source of anxiety and doubt that requires concrete responses on our part.
To support these caregivers, CAA has signed an agreement following a participative project that mobilised volunteer care-giving employees and led to the definition and creation of a specially adapted support system. In 2016, this agreement won the “Enterprise & Care-giving Employees” prize, awarded under the patronage of Marisol Touraine, then Minister for Health.

A commitment program : CSolidaire
Csolidaire is a programme designed to facilitate employee involvement in public-interest initiatives in several areas: volunteer work and skills sponsoring, tutoring, mentoring and solidarity leave.
This scheme is a concrete illustration of Crédit Agricole Assurances’ societal commitments and the Crédit Agricole Group’s desire to be an active player on inclusion-related issues.
