With “CLICCAACI” they can also report theirs claims from their devices in Italy
Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni, the non-life insurance Company of Crédit Agricole Assurances in Italy, has recently enlarged both services and product range available on “ClicCAAci”, the APP dedicated to the claims*.
From November 30, it’s possible to report directly from a device and with a few “CLICK”, all sorts of claims about car insurance (“Protezione Guida”), personal coverage (“Protezione Infortuni”), home insurance (“Protezione Casa”), and also to geolocalize car body shops in partnership with Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni.
This update goes to enrich the functionalities already available on the APP, by which the customers can consult their claims, contact the assistance, manage or edit their own account.
With “CliCCCAci”, the Company continues the path toward the “digital innovation”, together with the Crédit Agricole Group Cariparma, in order to get closer to the customer and provide him a timely support in the management of the claim.
