Viavita,our personnal services brand celebrates its tenth anniversary
For the past 10 years, Viavita is a subsidiary of Pacifica that has contributed to a better quality of life for Crédit Agricole Group clients and their loved ones in all areas of personal assistance: housework, childcare, tutoring, support for the elderly or dependent people, gardening, DIY, IT support, etc. These services are available for Regional Bank customers either live via a platform, or as part of the assistance component of insurance contracts: personal accident cover, dependency, collective health and funeral insurance.
Launched in 2007 in three pilot banks, Viavita has been rolled out in all Regional Banks since 2009. Viavita’s expertise is also recognised outside the Group: Allianz, Edenred, and Agrica entrust their personal service offers to Viavita, which is now the N°1 personal services brand in France by volume of services.
Ever more dynamic. In 2016, its turnover amounted to €14 million, up 25% on 2015.
Viavita's business is fully in line with the goals in Crédit Agricole Group's Medium-Term Plan (MTP) in terms of solutions for seniors through the project: "Ageing well at home" and, more generally, as part of the “life moments” approach of the MTP.

Under the responsibility of Sophie Gambiez, Viavita has 36 employees (service provider managers, service advisors that handle customer calls, back office and project managers), including 32 based in Le Mans. All are committed to listening and advising to offer personalised support and ensure the best quality of service.
