Are French people ready for the digitalisation of their insurance ? [Infographic]

Crédit Agricole Assurances launched a survey with the Kantar TNS institute in order to test French people's appetite for self-care in insurance customer journeys.

Self-care refers to all practices that aim to give customers more independence in the subscription/management of their policies with a company, or in the use of a service or product via an online customer area or an application. 

*1002 interviews de français âgés de 18 ans et plus dont 305 clients bancaires du groupe CA / LCL (bancarisation totale).
