Pacifica has for ambition is to contribute to the Crédit Agricole group’s customer-centric plan

This is the result of our eff orts in the following areas:

  • Quality of advice via tools dedicated to a comprehensive approach.
  • Product innovation, with the signifi cant development of our automobile and home insurance off erings in 2016 and the launch of our new Crop and Fodder solutions.
  • Service innovation, with our all-online services contributing to Crédit Agricole Group’s digital ambition.
  • The quality of claims handling, which proved to be a precious asset for one million clients in 2016. As a consequence, the Customer Promoter Score among clients making claims rose to 41%, and 95% of them stated that they were satisfi ed or very satisfi ed with the handling of their claim. These clients are therefore likely to recommend the Group as a whole.
