Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Normandie-Seine Regional Bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas will be taking over from J\u00e9r\u00f4me Grivet, who has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance for Cr\u00e9dit Agricole SA. Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Assurances regroups Cr\u00e9dit Agricole\u2019s insurance companies in France and abroad since 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">In addition, the following are being appointed second effective managers of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Assurances, in addition to their current positions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thierry Langreney, Chief Executive Officer of the non-life insurance company Pacifica<\/li>\n<li>Henri Le Bihan, Chief Executive Officer of the creditor insurance company Caci and Chairman of the healthcare professionals insurance company La M\u00e9dicale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Henri Le Bihan has also been appointed second effective manager, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the life insurance company Predica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">These new functions will be effective from 1 September 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biographies<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"align-left ez-embed-type-image\">\n<figure class=\"ezimage-field\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/var\/caa\/storage\/images\/_aliases\/medium\/5\/7\/4\/9\/39475-1-fre-FR\/c54bfd2fe43c-FredericTHOMAS.jpg\" alt=\"\" height=\"200\" width=\"133\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas<\/strong> began his career with the Pas de Calais Regional Bank in 1982, where he held various positions, including Head of Financing from 1993 to 1996, then Head of Networks from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Charente-Maritime Deux-S\u00e8vres Regional Bank. Since 2007, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas has been Chief Executive Officer of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Normandie-Seine Regional Bank and President of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Technologies as well as member of the board of Adicam since 2010.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Thomas<\/strong> graduated in agronomic engineering from ENSA Rennes and has a postgraduate DESS in business administration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-left ez-embed-type-image\">\n<figure class=\"ezimage-field\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/var\/caa\/storage\/images\/_aliases\/medium\/8\/7\/4\/9\/39478-1-fre-FR\/b67d90c374ac-120307_thierry_langreney.jpg\" alt=\"\" height=\"200\" width=\"143\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Thierry Langreney<\/strong> began his career with UAP in 1982, where he held various regional executive positions until 1997. Thierry Langreney then became Chief Executive Officer of the Nord Picardie Champagne Region for AXA Assurances. In 2001, he was appointed Head of Strategy and Strategic Planning for the AXA Group, and the shareholder representative for the Benelux, Germany and Eastern Europe. In 2006, Thierry Langreney joined the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Group, first at Cr\u00e9dit Agricole S.A. then Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Assurances, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Director of International Insurance and Head of Corporate Finance and Life activities. Until 2010, Thierry Langreney was International Director at Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Assurances. Since 1 December 2010, Thierry Langreney has been Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thierry Langreney<\/strong> is an Ecole Polytechnique and Institut des Actuaires Fran\u00e7ais graduate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"align-left ez-embed-type-image\">\n<figure class=\"ezimage-field\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/var\/caa\/storage\/images\/_aliases\/medium\/8\/9\/4\/9\/39498-1-fre-FR\/cd9248b1f2bf-Henri-Le-Bihan.jpg\" alt=\"\" height=\"200\" width=\"135\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Henri Le Bihan<\/strong> began his career in insurance with Mutuelles du Mans (1981). From 1986, he served as Technical Director then Chief Executive Officer of the brokerage firm GMRA. In 1990, he founded the consultancy Ing\u00e9nierie Banque Assurance (IBA). In 1997, he joined the financial services arm of the PPR group (now Kering) to develop its savings and insurance business. As Chief Executive Officer of Finaref Assurance, he was appointed a member of the Management Board and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Finaref in 2004. In 2006, Henri Le Bihan joined Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Assurances as Executive Director in charge of the Technical Division and Death &#038; Disability Insurance at Predica, in addition to being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of La M\u00e9dicale.
