By the end of 2023, our contribution helped to achieve a total installed capacity of 13.5 GW.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>HEALTH\/SUCCESSFUL AGEING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CAA is actively engaged in the health and successful ageing sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are investing in the development of \u201cAges &amp; Vie\u201d senior residences throughout France. This original and inclusive model of collective housing for senior citizens offers a secure living environment on a human scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in 2019, our current goal is to open <strong>300 homes by 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, CAA has been a shareholder in Semmaris, the operator of Rungis, the wholesale \u201cmarket of national interest\u201d.
