Missions

  • Organise, plan and manage marketing plans
  • Organise and coordinate information sharing within the BU in relation to the distributors (Crédit Agricole and LCL) and central bodies.
  • Develop network (Crédit Agricole and LCL) support tools adapted to new technologies
  • Manage and assist with the carrying out of assessments and related action plans
  • Coordinate the delivery of tools developed by other Divisions (customer communication tools, training, targeting, etc.)
  • Manage, coordinate and assist with market launches for the entire BU, including marketing events and projects for the Savings and Pensions offering, digital projects, and assisting the distribution teams and management support functions
