Nexecur Assistance rallies round in response to the heat wave

With the rising temperatures, remote assistance teams have increased their vigilance. More than 600 subscribers have been contacted in French départements identified as being on an “orange” heatwave alert. The hotline advisors’ task is to remind people of the best practices to be adopted during these periods of intense heat: hydration, aeration, outings, etc.

All remote support subscribers can benefit from this service. If a difficulty is detected, caregivers are contacted to implement the necessary measures.

Nexecur Assistance remains mobilised throughout the summer to help its subscribers cope with these exceptional weather conditions. This plan is activated every summer when Météo France identifies départements on heatwave alert.
