Our SER actions

13 working groups, bringing together SER officers and correspondents from all the entities, have been held since 2009 to draw up action plans relating to the four common key issues.

The following initial measures resulted from these working groups :

Environment and climate change

DIRECT IMPACT

  • Reduction in the amount of paper sent to customers (Predica went from 49 million to 42 million pages), installation of pooled multifunction photocopiers, 100% use of paper from eco-managed forests only, use of lighter grades of paper, use of 100% recycled envelopes and Imprim’vert printers, etc.
  • Recycling: sorting of waste in the offices, recycling of out-of-date IT equipment and ink cartridges.

MANAGING INDIRECT IMPACT

  • Increasing our investments in SRI.
Human Resources

DIRECT IMPACT

  • Signature of the Diversity Charter
  • Signature of agreements relating to employees over fifty years of age (Caci has put in place an agreement that not only protects older employees’ jobs but also provides for the recruitment of over-fifties).
Products and services

DIRECT IMPACT

  • The launch of an SRI range as part of the top-of-the-range Floriane policies, comprising six SRI funds: Amundi funds Clean Planet, Amundi funds Aqua Global, Atout Valeurs Durables, Amundi Actions USA ISR, Insertion Emplois Dynamique and Amundi AFD Avenirs Durables.
  • Also under consideration are old age products, and motor, home and agricultural insurance.
Solidarity

Community-related actions were organised: blood donation, recycling of IT equipment for Emmaüs, collection of toys for the Secours Populaire, DVDs for the Restaurants du Cœur and glasses for international humanitarian organisations.

Crédit Agricole Assurances, the first bancassurer to sign the PRI

  • An initiative launched in 2005 by the United Nations, under the aegis of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) and the Global Compact, by a group of around twenty major institutional investors
  • The signatories undertake to gradually build Environmental, Social and Governance criteria into their investment choices.
