Fostering careers management
Employees have a number of appointments over the year to provide them with support: when they join the company and also for their annual review. There is also an individual management system allowing each employee to develop their skills and performance, while supporting them on their wishes for professional development. Then, there are also personnel reviews and career committees involving human resources and the relevant local directors and managers.
Internal mobility is one of our priorities. In line with Crédit Agricole S.A. Group policy, Crédit Agricole Assurances places the emphasis on internal mobility to fill vacant positions.
Training is a key lever in developing the individual skills employees need for their work and to progress in their career.
In 2014, Crédit Agricole Assurances Group forged ahead with its policy of investing in vocational training. The amounts invested largely exceed the legal requirements.
Crédit Agricole Assurances training expenditure amounted to €3.8 million for 2014.
