Recruitment

Caci is looking for team players who enjoy a challenge, are capable of adapting to a fast-changing environment and want to make the most of their potential in a largely international environment focused on providing top-quality service to clients and partners.

We are looking for staff at our Lille, Dublin, Paris and Milan offices.

We offer permanent employment contracts, work-study contracts (training/qualification contracts) or subsidised internships. Also, at the start of 2010 we launched our first VIE programs (volontariat international en entreprise – international voluntary work experience).

Career management

Caci’s HR policy places the emphasis on career management and offering opportunities for professional development.

In particular, this takes the form of skills development and training. The development-oriented environment and the launch of new activities and products call for extensive training.

Training programmes are designed along specific guidelines based on the company’s principal projects. These guidelines are supplemented by analysis of individual needs.

Social responsibility
