Three fundamental values
  • Excellence. This consists in developing each employee’s skills so that, over the long term, Caagis becomes the industry leader in terms of competitiveness and innovation.
  • Customer service. This is a key value if Caagis’ customers are to regard it as a genuine partner. To this end, the company encourages and fosters professionalism, flexibility, dynamism and a customer-oriented culture.

Profiles

Caagis mainly targets IT engineers (IT architecture, production and integration, etc.) and IT project managers to join the IT Division. Insurance back office administrators (client and claims processing and analysis) are also sought for the Administrative Production and Management Division.

Training

Caagis has embarked on an extremely ambitious training programme, investing the equivalent of 7% of the wage bill in staff training. The training provided to staff covers technical aspects and personal development. Training is ongoing throughout an employee’s career, with the aim of continuously developing and enhancing their skills.

Internal transfers

IThere are a number of career paths open to employees within the Crédit Agricole and Crédit Agricole Assurances groups, all focused on bancassurance but in a variety of different disciplines. Staff mobility is paramount, as it allows the company to benefit from skills honed by its own culture and know-how. Internal HR committees review applications from employees wishing to transfer to other business lines within the Crédit Agricole Group. This is just one way in which individual career aspirations are taken into account. Many possibilities for career changes are available within Caagis and Crédit Agricole Assurances. Staff can move horizontally within the group (from one unit, department or business line to another) as well as vertically (e.g. to a managerial position). There are no barriers, in terms of curriculum or training, to career development within Caagis.

You must be willing to get involved and contribute to ongoing quality improvement, and be both proactive and reactive when it comes to meeting customer demands. You must be prepared to immerse yourself in Caagis’ corporate culture.
