Created in 2008, Caci is a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Assurances group that specialises in creditor insurance in France and abroad. Its insurance product range focuses on cover associated with consumer credit and mortgages and is offered through 42 partners in 14 countries. These include banks and credit firms, major retailers such as Fnac, Castorama, La Redoute, Darty, etc., technology partners such as Orange, and utility companies such as Total and Endesa for whom cover extension-type products are created.

You have between 2 to 5 years of third-level education and at least 3 years of successful team management experience, preferably in insurance.
Through contact with clients and networks, your role is to advise and inform, thereby helping to promote the company’s brand image. You will take part in drawing up and/or improving management procedures and contribute to their optimisation. Depending on your assignment, you will perform the following tasks within the management platform and as part of a team of managers:
Tasks :
- Manage and monitor payment protection and personal protection insurance claims, in compliance with the procedures established, the contractual provisions, the rules of law and the management agreements
- Keep customers and the network informed on the progress and follow-up of insurance applications and policies, while respecting medical confidentiality
- Check the reliability and conformity of insurance proposals with the rules of subscription, the fee schedule and procedures
Skills required :
- In-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of the insurance industry, and of the products, cover and policies associated with your business and/or your business line (ADE, personal protection cover, LCL, etc.)

With two years of third-level education (ideally a BTS (vocational training certificate) in insurance), you are customer service-oriented and are used to dealing with customers on the telephone.
Tasks :
- Contribute to the design and development of the product range (general terms and conditions, fee schedule, new types of cover, etc.)
- Compile statistics on the market and products
- Suggest pricing and subscription rules for products proposed by the development department
- Prepare factsheets for each product (pricing, hypotheses, fee schedule, stress scenarios, etc.)
- Assess reinsurance requirements
- Define rules for medical and financial selection
- Define accounting rules for new products (technical aspects)
- Carry out or validate actuarial valuations of the company’s liabilities
- Provide technical expertise to the other departments
- Define the results expected from the implementation of management rules in the information systems
- Provide support for development abroad

A graduate in actuarial studies having spent five years at university, you have previous experience with an insurance or reinsurance company or consultancy firm (candidate profile is flexible depending on experience).
