You will be in charge of designing and adapting insurance products and services through to the marketing stage.
You will be responsible for analysing the market, offers and services (market watch), and the benchmarking of products/services in your field of business
You will identify customer requirements, in association with distributors
You will monitor and analyse your product portfolio and provide product assistance for the other divisions and the network
You will develop the Sales Promotion Plan for the products in your field of business and participate in its implementation, in collaboration with the "Market Support" teams
You will develop and participate in marketing actions in collaboration with these teams and ensure the updating of customer documentation (commercial leaflets, etc.), in collaboration with Customer Communications
You will develop business cases and submit them to your line manager for validation prior to their distribution to ad hoc committees
You will manage, in project mode, the implementation of innovations and adaptations (remarketing and revisions) that have been made by the relevant bodies to existing products in the product range for which you are responsible
In your role as a specialised project manager, you will organise working groups and coordinate cross-functional teams on projects relating to your field of business. You will be working in collaboration with actuaries, legal specialists, regional network managers, the Regional Banks and LCL.
