Digital Operational Marketing Manager

Missions:

Within the CACI Development and Marketing Division, you will coordinate the development of tools required for the management of creditor insurance by our distribution networks, including LCL, the Regional Banks and CA Consumer Finance, in collaboration with all stakeholders in the company.

 You will work in close cooperation with partnership managers and coordinators in order to propose and create support tools and activities that meet the customers' needs in the following areas:

o Promotion – to develop the creditor insurance segment

o Training (of distribution networks) – to support the professional development of sales assistants

o Marketing of new products and processes

 You will manage the development of network support tools adapted to new technologies: applications for tablets, smartphones and serious games, etc.

 You will develop tools to support the changeover to new customer journeys and the ensuing processes

 You will test the marketing documentation with our Distributors (individual or national tests) in order to verify their relevance and adaptation to the network's needs

 You will review test results and, if necessary, propose adjustments or improvements

 You will participate in the CACI in-house working groups and think tanks, in addition to the working groups run by the CA Group or its subsidiaries

 Your role will also include commercial communications in connection with strategic marketing: presenting the offers, the latest news in creditor assurance and innovations developed by CACI on behalf of its partners and corporate communications in line with CAA communications
