Crédit Agricole Assurances’ creditor insurance subsidiary, Caci (Crédit Agricole Creditor Insurance), is a leading player in France and the rest of Europe, with 27 partners in 10 countries. Backed by the success achieved with its traditional partners – consumer credit companies – Caci has successfully extended its know-how to retail banks and set up pan-European partnerships. With regard to its product offer, Caci is today actively developing “Financial Protection” products as a complement to creditor insurance.
Caagis (Crédit Agricole Assurances Gestion, Informatique et Services) was set up at the beginning of 2010 to provide the group’s subsidiaries with a reliable, efficient and long-lasting technical platform.

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE SUBSIDIARIES
Since 2005, Crédit Agricole Assurances has been exporting its French bancassurance model to other countries. In 2012, Crédit Agricole Assurances was active across 16 countries in three areas: personal protection, property and casualty and borrowers' insurance.
La Médicale is a leading player in insurance for health-sector professionals. It offers a full range of personal protection (savings, retirement and accident) and property and casualty insurance to salaried and self-employed health-sector professionals: doctors, chemists, dentists, veterinary surgeons and paramedical professions.
Spirica, formerly Axéria Vie, was created in 2007 and has been a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances since 28 December 2010. Spirica produces a range of customised own-label products for large accounts: platforms and groupings of wealth and investment management advisors or brokers, private banks, asset management companies and internet distributors.
Spirica’s subsidiary, LifeSide Patrimoine, formerly April Patrimoine, is an open architecture distribution platform specialising in savings, retirement and wealth management products. It designs the products, handles their administrative management and markets them through a network of independent partners.
Crédit Agricole Assurances’ life insurance subsidiary Dolcea Vie is dedicated to the group’s Internet direct insurance offer through the BforBank website.
